Emma Puvrez

Belgian international field hockey player, won silver with the Red Panthers and became champion with Royal Antwerp HC.

Emma Puvrez made history as the youngest Red Panther, debuting for Belgium at just 15. Today she is a cornerstone of the national team and Royal Antwerp Hockey Club, with more than 250 caps and Olympic experience.

Passionate about healthy living and nutrition, Emma motivates others to unlock their full potential. Away from the pitch, she finds balance with her two dogs, Billy and Bao, or by enjoying a coffee at Café Lucien after training.
